Deputy President William Ruto was today attended church at Jesus Teaching Ministry in Kayole Nairobi.
The UDA presidential candidate who was accompanied by Nairobi UDA gubernatorial candidate Johnson Sakaja took the opportunity to call for peace and tolerance.
Ruto thanked Kenyans and called on them come out in large numbers and vote in order to take control of their destiny.
“Each Kenyan wherever you are whatever you do be a peace maker. It is the qualification for being sons and daughters of God.” Said Ruto. The Jesus Teaching Ministry pastor anointed Ruto and Sakaja and wished them well in Tuesday’s polls.
The Deputy President later attended another church service in Roysambu where he promised to uphold the freedom of worship.
