Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has broken his silence regarding the mystery surrounding Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja’s academic credentials and said he is sick and tired of Sakaja’s lies.
Miguna further said on his social media pages “He (Sakaja) had publicly stated how he became a millionaire businessman with a Mercedes-Benz vehicle while at the University of Nairobi many years ago. How he grew up in Atwoli’s household. He said he had a DEGREE in ACTUARIAL SCIENCE. Why is he now wailing about poverty?”
Miguna MMiguna was reacting to Sakaja’s Thursday interview on Spice FM where he admitted that he never completed his studies at the University of Nairobi due to lack of school fees.
The United Democratic Alliance Nairobi gubernatorial candidate has faced further scrutiny when the Commission for Higher Education (CUE) withdrew its earlier recognition from Teams University in Uganda citing fresh evidence. Sakaja however rushed to court and obtained an injunction barring the IEBC from striking his name off the ballot.
