Kilifi aspirant George Kithi humiliated by Duale at his party’s defection

Kilifi gubernatorial aspirant George Kithi was today humiliated by Garissa Town MP Aden Duale during an event to announce his party’s defection from the Azimio One Kenya Coalition to the Kenya Kwanza Alliance.

During a press briefing at Karen on Tuesday, Kithi, who is running to succeed Kingi as Kilifi governor on a Pamoja African Alliance (PAA) party ticket, sought to join his party leader, who stood right beside Ruto. However, his efforts to join Kingi and the deputy president in the front row were thwarted after Garissa Township MP Aden Duale grabbed him by the arm and shoved him aside to the far right.

The video of Kithis’ embarrassing treatment on his party’s big day in Kenya Kwanza went viral as several Kenyans sympathised with him as some criticized his party leader Kingi for not defending him.
