President Kenyatta in Seychelles for 3 days visit

President Uhuru Kenyatta left Kenya for a three day state visit to Seychelles. The President who is in the last days of his presidency was received at the Seychelles International Airport by his host President Wavel Ramkalawan.

This is the first State Visit by President Kenyatta to the Indian Ocean Island country where he is expected to hold bilateral talks and witness the signing of agreements geared towards promoting bilateral ties. He will also address an extra-ordinary session of the Seychelles National Assembly.

Kenya and Seychelles enjoy ties in may sectors such as trade, maritime security, blue economy, parliamentary exchanges, commerce, youth development, sports, culture and fisheries.
