Tiger Woods suffered serious leg injuries Tuesday February 23 after his S.U.V. rolled over hundreds of meters from the road n Los Angeles County.
First responders rushed to the scene just after 7 a.m. Pacific time and took the 45 year old golfer to the nearest hospital Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center where he was admitted.
The popular golfer was conscious and able to speak to responders when they arrived, and appeared lucid and calm while giving them his name according Deputy Carlos Gonzalez, who was the first to arrive at the accident scene.
Sources say Woods was out of danger though in serious condition. According to the Chief of Los Angeles Fire Department Mr. Daryl L. Osby, Woods had “broken bones in both legs.”
