Deputy President William Ruto has said that there was nothing wrong with the Arror and Kimwarer dam projects. Speaking to Joe Ageyo on NTV, the Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate said that both projects have not been cancelled is a clear evidence why they are still on course.
Asked about what jubilee projects he would claim credit for the Deputy president said, he was instrumental in the 10 thousand Kilometres of roads constructed by the current administration and the increase of electricity generation and connection 2.3 million to 8.9 million connections. Ruto also said he was able to increase students enrolment in vocational training colleges from 89,000 in 2-13 to half a million this year.
He however refused to take responsibility for the failure in the jubilee government such as the increase in cost of living, the big 4 agenda and the universal health coverage all of which failed as result of the handshake which derailed them.
