Lugari MP and ANC deputy party leader Ayub Savula has called on the Deputy President William Ruto to resign or face impeachment for attacking President Uhuru Kenyatta over his remarks on rotational Presidency.
Speaking at the ANC Party headquarters this morning, Savula accompanied by ANC party members faltered the Deputy President for calling the President a tribalist saying that the President only meant that Kenya has leaders from other communities who can lead the country when he addressed mourners in Vihiga County last weekend.
“He called the President a tribalist. How can you say your boss is a tribalist?” he posed Savula.
Savula was accompanied by Vihiga County Women Rep Vihiga Beatrice Adagala, Teso North MP Oku Kaunya, ANC Youth League Spokesman Nathaniel Mong’are and other leaders. Speaking at the same event Adagala said that the Deputy President should be helping the President to implement his development agenda.
