New Nairobi Express way encounters heavy traffic

The newly launched Nairobi Express way today experienced heavy traffic with hundreds of vehicles lining up Mombasa road especially from Syokimau to Mlolongo. To the dismay of expressway motorists, traffic on the normal lane continued to flow as they continued to line up at exit points.

Motorists using the express service experienced traffic at exit points along Mombasa Road. The expressway was officially opened to the public by the Transport Cabinet Secretary on May 14, 2022.
